Organically dissoluble paints and lacquers for flexographic and intaglio printing of the PNC-000 series TU V 24.3-30904372-002-2004 Universal organically dissoluble nitrocellulose-based paints and lacquers are intended for the application of strip and raster images using flexographic and intaglio printing methods to the previously activated films: polyethylene, polypropylene, metal-coated polypropylene, lacquered aluminum foil, and other types of previously activated films, and also to paper and cardboard. PNC-000 can be used on flexographic machines of different types, and also on rotary intaglio printing presses using any types of printing forms with the printing speed of 50-250 m/min and with forced drying under the temperature of 60–70° С. Properties: - adequate transfer of colors;
- high resistance to dry and wet abrasion;
- high color deepness;
- absence of raster blinding;
- excellent shining and gloss.

Water dissoluble paints for flexographic and intaglio printing of the PWB-000 series TU V 24.3-30904372-001-2004 Water dissoluble paints based on acryl polymers for flexographic and intaglio printing are intended for the application of strip and raster images using flexographic and intaglio printing methods to the absorbable packing materials: parchment, label paper, wallpaper, goffered cardboard, etc. PWB-000 can be used on flexographic machines of different types with the printing speed of 50-200 m/min and also on rotary intaglio printing presses: when printing on paper – up to 250 m/min, on cardboard – up to 150 m/min. Recommended drying temperature: 60-70° С. Properties: - paint moisturizes image carrying roll well, and easily comes from the printing form to the printed material;
- excellent resistance to dry abrasion;
- high color deepness;
- absence of raster blinding;
- beautiful shining.

We also offer lacquers and auxiliary substances for the offset printing. Offset printing paints are intended for printing on gloss and mat surface, enameled and non-enameled paper and cardboard and on the offset paper when printing label, packing, illustrated, book and magazine products. It is possible to use small circulations with rotation during fast printing, and also performance of post-printing works (hot stamping, embossing, die cutting, etc.) with technical break of 4 hours. PON-000 is a universal paint featuring high stability of all technical parameters for sheet-fed printing presses. It shows excellent results on two- and four-color machines with both regular and alcohol moisturizing systems. Notes: PON-000 may be coated with ultraviolet lacquer, but only if certain preventive substances were first applied. The necessary interval between the printing and lacquering depends on the type of paper, temperature and air humidity inside the room, and also thickness of the paint layer.
